What Workbase is

Workbase provides research, benchmarks, and educational resources about remote hiring in India, and connects you with our network partners — Remvix for hiring and Remotify for getting hired. Workbase itself does not employ, place, or contract talent; those services are provided by our partners under their own terms.

Our salary benchmarks, comparisons, and guides are informed estimates and general guidance, provided for planning. They are not offers, financial or legal advice, or a promise of any specific outcome, cost, or timeline. Markets move; verify current figures before you rely on them for a specific decision.

Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or compromise it.
• Don't misrepresent your identity when submitting a form.
• Our content and design are ours; you may share and cite them with attribution, but not republish them wholesale as your own.
