Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data Workbase collects, why, and what rights you have. We keep this deliberately short because we deliberately collect very little.

Who we are

Workbase is a remote-hiring research and resource service operated from New Delhi, India, and part of the Remvix and Remotify network. For any privacy question, contact ahmad.yusuf@workbase.co.in.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you download a guide or contact us, we collect the name and email address you submit, and which resource you requested. That's it — we don't ask for anything else.
• Basic technical data. Like most sites, our hosting provider logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, referring page) to keep the service secure and working. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
• No cookies for tracking. This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To send you the resource you asked for.
• To occasionally share related, genuinely useful resources — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, connect you with the right partner in our network (Remvix to hire, Remotify to get hired).

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with:

• Service providers that help us operate — for example, our hosting platform and email/CRM tooling — bound to process data only on our instructions.
• Our network partners (Remvix, Remotify) where you have asked to be connected, or where it is necessary to fulfil the request you made.

We never share your data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email ahmad.yusuf@workbase.co.in and we will act on it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR; we honour them regardless of where you are.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS across the whole site and access controls on the systems that store contact details. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold small on purpose.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date above. Material changes will be made clear.
