Why we exist
Two problems, one root cause
We kept seeing the same gap from both sides. Brilliant professionals across India — engineers, designers, specialists — locked out of global opportunity by geography alone. And lean international teams priced out of the very talent they needed to grow.
Both problems share a root cause: hiring across borders is genuinely hard, and most of the industry profits from keeping it that way. Opaque pricing, thin vetting, and content written to rank rather than to help.
So we built the opposite. Workbase is the research desk — honest benchmarks, real comparisons, and practical playbooks. When you know what you want, we hand you to the partner built to deliver it.

Ahmad founded the Workbase, Remvix, and Remotify network to fix a problem he kept seeing from both sides: brilliant Indian professionals shut out of global opportunity, and lean international teams priced out of the talent they needed. His background spans business operations, talent strategy, outsourcing, and workforce scaling.
